Chrissy Mignogna
Chrissy Mignogna, E‑RYT, 300‑hour EMYoga Advanced Training, is the author of I Am Safe: Trauma‑Responsive Practices in Crisis Mental Health. She supports mental health professionals, educators, youth workers, and families seeking to integrate trauma‑responsive mind–body practices into their personal and professional lives.
Through her work with movemindfully, Chrissy teaches I Am Safe sessions in crisis mental health hospital units, outpatient programs, juvenile services, special education, and Head Start. She provides community‑based classes both in person and online through her own business, Winged Heart Yoga. Her mission has always been to promote mental health by creating welcoming, safe, and inclusive spaces for people to explore how to use their mind–body connection for healing.
