Adult Yoga Classes
Winged Heart Yoga strives to bring yoga to everyone – because every body can benefit from yoga. Classes are taught in a comfortable, relaxed and welcoming environment. Yoga mats, blocks and straps are provided, or you may bring your own. Classes are geared toward students beginning their yoga practice or returning to yoga after some time off. If you are concerned about or need to be careful with any areas of your body, Chrissy will explain how to modify poses to help you receive the most benefit from your yoga practice.
The pricing structure for Winged Heart Yoga classes also is designed to make yoga classes accessible. If you want to attend Winged Heart Yoga classes but cannot afford the fee, funds are available through The Tracy Lane Memorial Scholarship.
All classes are currently held via Zoom. Contact us for Zoom link. In-person classes held at Macalester-Plymouth United Church unless otherwise noted.
Tuesday: 7 – 8 p.m.
Thursday: 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8 – 9 a.m. (When in-person, Class is held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 104 S. Snelling Ave.)
Thursday: 2:00– 3:00 p.m. Senior Chair Yoga (free offering)
